DBH GROUP is present on the romanian market through its subsidiary DBH Business Services SRL. The company is supplying B2B services as: Serviced office services, Accounting services, Legal services, Project management, HR.

 

Today the most relevant activity of our company in Romania is renting serviced and furnished office. In that sense our company has rented one and a half floors in one office building located near Victory Square (center of Bucharest) and supply to its tenants A Class office services like: Serviced and furnished office premises, Meeting room, Virtual office, Mail box, Office support services: scanning, booking meetings, printing, processing documents, planning, Reception services. The building is an A Class building having 4B+GF+13Floors and about 11300 square meters. As major tenants i can point: Volksbank, Bullguard, Edisoft, Contrast Management.

 

DBH Business Services has entire 11’th floor and partially second floor rented. For the moment 11’th floor is sub-leased and 290 square meters in the seconf floor are fitted-out and partitioned as serviced and furnished office area. These 290 square meters contain 7 offices with 24 work-stations, reception area, kitchen, meeting room, toilets and corridors. Right now, DBH Romania registers around 80% as occupancy percentage for serviced office and almost 20 companies as virtual office clients.
